ISO Basketball is an Irish basketball brand, tailored for hoopers. We specialise in custom teamwear for Basketball players, clubs and schools across Ireland, and we stock retail gear like socks, compression wear, and towels for individual players.

The name comes from isolation, that one-on-one moment on the court. Everything we make is designed with the basketball player in mind. We launched in 2023 and we're still growing.

For general customer service, returns, and retail orders, you'll usually be speaking to Alex.

For teamwear enquiries and custom club orders, you'll be dealing directly with Seán.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which covers:

- American Express
- Maestro
- Union Pay
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal

For teamwear ordered through the website, payment goes through at checkout like any regular order.

For team orders placed by email or WhatsApp, we'll send you an invoice. Payment is due before your gear is dispatched, which gives teams time to collect money from players or the club.

Handled on a case by case basis. Get in touch with what you're ordering and we'll sort you out with a quote.

Sometimes, if a club requests it. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Every design is free of charge. Email help@isobasketball.shop with what you're after and we'll get a designer on it. You approve the design before anything goes into production, so there's no risk to you.

As many as you need. We'll keep tweaking until you're happy and ready to approve.

Depends on the product, the quantity, and how complex the design is. A rough guide:

- Kits, shooting tops, t-shirts: around 10 days once you've signed off the design (10 days is on the quick end)
- Bigger or more complex orders like full club shops or Christmas ranges: 4 to 6 weeks

We'll always give you a straight timeline once we've seen what you need.

For a club or team placing a first-time order, we ask for a minimum of 5 units.

For club shops and repeat orders from teams we already work with, there's no minimum. Order a single kit if that's all you need.

Any club colour. We're not restricted to a set palette. Bring us your colours and we'll match them.

In most cases, yes. Depending on the product and quantity there may or may not be an extra charge. Let us know what you're after and we'll confirm the cost upfront.

Yes, no problem. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

For in-stock retail orders, if the order hasn't shipped yet, no problem. Let us know and we'll add the extra item on.

For team orders placed by email or WhatsApp, you can add items right up until the order is dispatched. Just let us know.

For club shop orders, it's a tighter window. You can add extra items up until you receive the "your order is in production" email from us. Once production starts, we can't add anything to the order.

Once you've approved the order form or have received the "in production" email, no. We've moved into production at that point and the order can't be cancelled. If you need to cancel, do it before approving the design and order form.

In most cases, yes. Send us photos or specs of your current kit and we'll do our best to replicate it.

A dedicated page on our website where your club's members can order kit, training gear, and leisurewear designed specifically for your club. Each order goes direct to the player's address, so there's no collecting money or distributing gear for club committees.

No setup fee. We design the range, build the shop, and promote the launch.

Once you've approved the designs and product range, the shop is live within a few days.

Most club shops run 4 open windows throughout the year, typically pre-season, mid-season, Christmas, and end-of-season. If your club wants additional windows, or certain items held in stock year-round, talk to us and we'll work something out.

Every order is shipped directly to the member who placed it. No distribution hassle for the club.

For in-stock retail items (socks, compression vests, compression tees, towels), orders arrive in 1 to 3 working days.

For custom teamwear, see the teamwear section above. Delivery depends on the design, quantity, and complexity.

Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order is dispatched. Click the link to follow your parcel.

Email help@isobasketball.shop as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address no problem.

You have 14 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Email help@isobasketball.shop first to start the process. We'll confirm the return is approved before you post anything back.

We accept returns on items that arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong thing. Once your return is approved, post the item to:

You cover the return postage initially, and we'll refund that cost along with your order once we receive the item back.

For in-stock retail items, no bother. Email help@isobasketball.shop within 14 days and we'll sort an exchange. You cover the return postage and the postage on the replacement we send out.

For club shop or teamwear items, it's not that simple. Everything is made to order specifically for you, so we can't resell it. Please use the size guide on every product page, and if you're unsure, email us before placing the order and we'll help you figure out the right size.

Customised items, meaning anything with player names, initials, or a club crest, can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Same goes for teamwear and club shop orders. These are made specifically for your order, so we can't put them back into stock.
